Das IDHEApp-Projektkonsortium hielt sein zweites pers\u00f6nliches Treffen in Rom ab, bei dem AIPD die anderen Partner begr\u00fc\u00dfte, um sie \u00fcber den Fortschritt des Projekts zu informieren.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend des Treffens wurde der Fortschritt der systematischen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung vorhandener wissenschaftlicher Daten zu Lebensstilinterventionen bei Jugendlichen mit geistiger Behinderung, insbesondere zu Gewohnheiten im Zusammenhang mit k\u00f6rperlicher Aktivit\u00e4t und Ern\u00e4hrung, vorgestellt. Die Ergebnisse dieser von der TUM durchgef\u00fchrten Forschung werden in K\u00fcrze verf\u00fcgbar sein!<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden die n\u00e4chsten Schritte zur Entwicklung der Leitlinien und Empfehlungen zur Reduzierung sitzender Lebensweisen sowie die Organisation der Pilotstudie skizziert.<\/p>\n

Wir hatten auch die Gelegenheit, den Fortschritt der App-Entwicklung zu besprechen, die bereits Gestalt annimmt! <\/p>\n

Unser n\u00e4chstes pers\u00f6nliches Treffen findet im Oktober 2025 gegen Ende des Projekts statt, bei dem wir die erzielten Ergebnisse teilen und auswerten werden. Bis dahin haben wir jedoch noch einen langen Weg vor uns und in der Zwischenzeit werden wir weiter an den n\u00e4chsten Aktivit\u00e4ten arbeiten!<\/p>\n

The IDHEApp project consortium held its second face-to-face meeting in Rome, where AIPD welcomed the other partners to update them on the progress of the project. During the meeting, the progress of the systematic review of existing scientific data related to lifestyle interventions in adolescents with intellectual disabilities, particularly those habits related to physical activity and nutrition, was presented. The results of this research conducted by TUM will be available soon! In addition, the next steps for the development of the Guidelines and Recommendations related to reducing sedentary lifestyles were outlined, as well as the organisation of the pilot study. We also had the opportunity to discuss the progress in the development of the App, which is already starting to take shape!  Our next face-to-face meeting will be held in October 2025, towards the end of the project, when we will share and evaluate the results obtained. However, we still have a long way to go until then and in the meantime we will continue to work on the next activities! EASY-TO-READ VERSION The IDHEApp project team had their second face-to-face meeting in Rome.  AIPD hosted the meeting and updated everyone on the project’s progress. The IDHEApp project consortium held its second face-to-face meeting in Rome, where AIPD welcomed the other partners to update them on the progress of the project. During the meeting, the progress of the systematic review of existing scientific data related to lifestyle interventions in adolescents with intellectual disabilities, particularly those habits related to physical activity and nutrition, was presented. The results of this research conducted by TUM will be available soon! In addition, the next steps for the development of the Guidelines and Recommendations related to reducing sedentary lifestyles were outlined, as well as the organisation of the pilot study. We also had the opportunity to discuss the progress in the development of the App, which is already starting to take shape!  Our next face-to-face meeting will be held in October 2025, towards the end of the project, when we will share and evaluate the results obtained. However, we still have a long way to go until then and in the meantime we will continue to work on the next activities!
