El consorcio del proyecto IDHEApp celebr\u00f3 su segunda reuni\u00f3n presencial en Roma, donde la AIPD dio la bienvenida a los dem\u00e1s socios para informarles sobre los avances del proyecto.<\/p>\n

Durante el encuentro se presentaron los avances de la revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de datos cient\u00edficos existentes relacionados con intervenciones en el estilo de vida en adolescentes con discapacidad intelectual, particularmente aquellos h\u00e1bitos relacionados con la actividad f\u00edsica y la nutrici\u00f3n. \u00a1Los resultados de esta investigaci\u00f3n realizada por TUM estar\u00e1n disponibles pronto!<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, se delinearon los pr\u00f3ximos pasos para el desarrollo de las Gu\u00edas y Recomendaciones relacionadas con la reducci\u00f3n del sedentarismo, as\u00ed como la organizaci\u00f3n del estudio piloto.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n tuvimos la oportunidad de conversar sobre los avances en el desarrollo de la App, \u00a1que ya comienza a tomar forma! <\/p>\n

Nuestro pr\u00f3ximo encuentro presencial se realizar\u00e1 en octubre de 2025, hacia el final del proyecto, donde compartiremos y evaluaremos los resultados obtenidos. Sin embargo, todav\u00eda nos queda un largo camino por recorrer hasta entonces y mientras tanto seguiremos trabajando en las pr\u00f3ximas actividades.<\/p>\n

The IDHEApp project consortium held its second face-to-face meeting in Rome, where AIPD welcomed the other partners to update them on the progress of the project. During the meeting, the progress of the systematic review of existing scientific data related to lifestyle interventions in adolescents with intellectual disabilities, particularly those habits related to physical activity and nutrition, was presented. The results of this research conducted by TUM will be available soon! In addition, the next steps for the development of the Guidelines and Recommendations related to reducing sedentary lifestyles were outlined, as well as the organisation of the pilot study. We also had the opportunity to discuss the progress in the development of the App, which is already starting to take shape!  Our next face-to-face meeting will be held in October 2025, towards the end of the project, when we will share and evaluate the results obtained. However, we still have a long way to go until then and in the meantime we will continue to work on the next activities! EASY-TO-READ VERSION The IDHEApp project team had their second face-to-face meeting in Rome.  AIPD hosted the meeting and updated everyone on the project’s progress. During the meeting, we talked about the review of scientific data on lifestyle habits for teenagers with intellectual disabilities, like physical activity and nutrition.  This review was done by TUM, and the results will be available soon! We also discussed the next steps for making guidelines and recommendations to help reduce sitting time and the planning of a pilot study. During the meeting, the progress of the systematic review of existing scientific data related to lifestyle interventions in adolescents with intellectual disabilities, particularly those habits related to physical activity and nutrition, was presented. The results of this research conducted by TUM will be available soon! In addition, the next steps for the development of the Guidelines and Recommendations related to reducing sedentary lifestyles were outlined, as well as the organisation of the pilot study. We also had the opportunity to discuss the progress in the development of the App, which is already starting to take shape!  Our next face-to-face meeting will be held in October 2025, towards the end of the project, when we will share and evaluate the results obtained. However, we still have a long way to go until then and in the meantime we will continue to work on the next activities! EASY-TO-READ VERSION The IDHEApp project team had their second face-to-face meeting in Rome.  AIPD hosted the meeting and updated everyone on the project’s progress.
