Projektni konzorcij IDHEApp odr\u017eao je svoj drugi sastanak licem u lice u Rimu, gdje je AIPD pozdravio ostale partnere kako bi ih obavijestio o napretku projekta.<\/p>\n

Tijekom skupa predstavljen je napredak sustavnog pregleda postoje\u0107ih znanstvenih podataka vezanih uz intervencije u na\u010dinu \u017eivota kod adolescenata s intelektualnim te\u0161ko\u0107ama, posebice onih navika vezanih uz tjelesnu aktivnost i prehranu. Rezultati ovog istra\u017eivanja koje je proveo TUM bit \u0107e dostupni uskoro!<\/p>\n

Osim toga, zacrtani su sljede\u0107i koraci za izradu Smjernica i preporuka vezanih za smanjenje sjedila\u010dkog na\u010dina \u017eivota, kao i organizacija pilot studije.<\/p>\n

Tako\u0111er smo imali priliku razgovarati o napretku u razvoju aplikacije koja ve\u0107 po\u010dinje poprimati svoj oblik! <\/p>\n

Na\u0161 sljede\u0107i sastanak licem u lice odr\u017eat \u0107e se u listopadu 2025., pred kraj projekta, kada \u0107emo podijeliti i ocijeniti postignute rezultate. No, do tada je pred nama jo\u0161 dug put, a u me\u0111uvremenu \u0107emo nastaviti raditi na sljede\u0107im aktivnostima!<\/p>\n

The IDHEApp project consortium held its second face-to-face meeting in Rome, where AIPD welcomed the other partners to update them on the progress of the project. During the meeting, the progress of the systematic review of existing scientific data related to lifestyle interventions in adolescents with intellectual disabilities, particularly those habits related to physical activity and nutrition, was presented. The results of this research conducted by TUM will be available soon! In addition, the next steps for the development of the Guidelines and Recommendations related to reducing sedentary lifestyles were outlined, as well as the organisation of the pilot study. We also had the opportunity to discuss the progress in the development of the App, which is already starting to take shape!  Our next face-to-face meeting will be held in October 2025, towards the end of the project, when we will share and evaluate the results obtained. However, we still have a long way to go until then and in the meantime we will continue to work on the next activities! EASY-TO-READ VERSION The IDHEApp project team had their second face-to-face meeting in Rome.  AIPD hosted the meeting and updated everyone on the project’s progress. During the meeting, we talked about the review of scientific data on lifestyle habits for teenagers with intellectual disabilities, like physical activity and nutrition.  This review was done by TUM, and the results will be available soon! We also discussed the next steps for making guidelines and recommendations to help reduce sitting time and the planning of a pilot study. The team talked about the progress of the App, which is starting to take shape. EASY-TO-READ VERSION The IDHEApp project team had their second face-to-face meeting in Rome.  AIPD hosted the meeting and updated everyone on the project’s progress. During the meeting, we talked about the review of scientific data on lifestyle habits for teenagers with intellectual disabilities, like physical activity and nutrition.  This review was done by TUM, and the results will be available soon! We also discussed the next steps for making guidelines and recommendations to help reduce sitting time and the planning of a pilot study. The team talked about the progress of the App, which is starting to take shape.
