IDHEApp model predstavlja inovativan pristup osmi\u0161ljavanju intervencija vezanih uz stil \u017eivota za adolescente s intelektualnim te\u0161ko\u0107ama, s jakim fokusom na tjelesnu aktivnost i prehranu. Kako bi se podr\u017eao njegov razvoj, proveden je sustavni pregled postoje\u0107e znanstvene literature kako bi se procijenila u\u010dinkovitost digitalnih tehnolo\u0161kih intervencija u promicanju zdravijeg pona\u0161anja kod mladih ljudi s ID-om.<\/p>

Ovaj rad, koji je vodio tim s Technische Universitaet M\u00fcnchen (TUM), ispitao je znanstvene studije o intervencijama \u010diji je cilj promicanje tjelesne aktivnosti i zdrave prehrane me\u0111u adolescentima s intelektualnim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama. Pregledom su analizirani njihov utjecaj, metodologije i ishodi.<\/p>

Nalazi iz ovog pregleda usmjerili su razvoj aplikacije IDHEApp. Integriranjem znanstvenih dokaza s pristupom zajedni\u010dkog dizajna, IDHEApp model nastoji pru\u017eiti pristupa\u010dno i uklju\u010divo rje\u0161enje s potencijalom pobolj\u0161anja dobrobiti adolescenata s intelektualnim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama.<\/p>

This work, led by the team at the Technische Universitaet M\u00fcnchen (TUM), examined scientific studies on interventions aimed at promoting physical activity and healthy eating among adolescents with intellectual disabilities. The review analyzed their impact, methodologies, and outcomes. The findings from this review have guided the development of IDHEApp. By integrating scientific evidence with a co-design approach, the IDHEApp model aspires to provide an accessible and inclusive solution with the potential to enhance the well-being of adolescents with intellectual disabilities. The IDHEApp model represents an innovative approach to designing lifestyle interventions for adolescents with intellectual disabilities, with a strong focus on physical activity and nutrition. To support its development, a systematic review of existing scientific literature was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of digital technological interventions in promoting healthier behaviors in young people with ID. This work, led by the team at the Technische Universitaet M\u00fcnchen (TUM), examined scientific studies on interventions aimed at promoting physical activity and healthy eating among adolescents with intellectual disabilities. The review analyzed their impact, methodologies, and outcomes. The findings from this review have guided the development of IDHEApp. By integrating scientific evidence with a co-design approach, the IDHEApp model aspires to provide an accessible and inclusive solution with the potential to enhance the well-being of adolescents with intellectual disabilities. The comprehensive findings of this review are now available in the State of the Art Report, accessible through the Results & Resources section of the project website. EASY-TO-READ VERSION Easy-to-Read Version: The IDHEApp model is a new way to help teenagers with intellectual disabilities live healthier lives. It focuses on physical activity and good nutrition.
