Il consorzio del progetto IDHEApp ha tenuto il suo secondo incontro faccia a faccia a Roma, dove AIPD ha accolto gli altri partner per aggiornarli sullo stato di avanzamento del progetto.<\/p>\n

Durante l'incontro \u00e8 stato presentato lo stato di avanzamento della revisione sistematica dei dati scientifici esistenti relativi agli interventi sullo stile di vita negli adolescenti con disabilit\u00e0 intellettiva, in particolare quelle abitudini legate all'attivit\u00e0 fisica e all'alimentazione. I risultati di questa ricerca condotta da TUM saranno presto disponibili!<\/p>\n

Inoltre, sono stati delineati i prossimi passi per lo sviluppo delle Linee Guida e delle Raccomandazioni relative alla riduzione degli stili di vita sedentari, nonch\u00e9 l\u2019organizzazione dello studio pilota.<\/p>\n

Abbiamo avuto anche modo di discutere dei progressi nello sviluppo dell'App, che sta gi\u00e0 iniziando a prendere forma! <\/p>\n

Il nostro prossimo incontro in presenza si terr\u00e0 nell'ottobre 2025, verso la fine del progetto, quando condivideremo e valuteremo i risultati ottenuti. La strada per\u00f2 \u00e8 ancora lunga e nel frattempo continueremo a lavorare sulle prossime attivit\u00e0!<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the progress of the systematic review of existing scientific data related to lifestyle interventions in adolescents with intellectual disabilities, particularly those habits related to physical activity and nutrition, was presented. The results of this research conducted by TUM will be available soon! In addition, the next steps for the development of the Guidelines and Recommendations related to reducing sedentary lifestyles were outlined, as well as the organisation of the pilot study. We also had the opportunity to discuss the progress in the development of the App, which is already starting to take shape!  Our next face-to-face meeting will be held in October 2025, towards the end of the project, when we will share and evaluate the results obtained. However, we still have a long way to go until then and in the meantime we will continue to work on the next activities! EASY-TO-READ VERSION The IDHEApp project team had their second face-to-face meeting in Rome.  AIPD hosted the meeting and updated everyone on the project’s progress. During the meeting, we talked about the review of scientific data on lifestyle habits for teenagers with intellectual disabilities, like physical activity and nutrition.  This review was done by TUM, and the results will be available soon! We also discussed the next steps for making guidelines and recommendations to help reduce sitting time and the planning of a pilot study. The team talked about the progress of the App, which is starting to take shape.
