degli smartwatch e la navigazione delle app \u00e8 essenziale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il progetto pilota ha confermato il potenziale di IDHEApp per promuovere l&#039;attivit\u00e0 fisica, una migliore alimentazione e ridurre la sedentariet\u00e0.
